2)Once you have finished adding items to the cart, click the option to 'Continue to Check Out'. This will bring you back to this web page to finish the order.

3)Fill in your customer and shipping information below. Read each field carefully before entering information. (Field names colored red are mandatory)

4)Double check the items that are in your shopping cart below.

5)To remove an item from the cart, simply change 'Orders' to zero for that particular item.

6)To change the order quantity of an item, simply change 'Orders' for that particular item to the correct number.

7)Once all information has been entered, click the submit order button to send your order.
